“Inner Glow” is an exploration of inner strength, vulnerability, and the transformative power of self-love.
In a society that often equates strength with hardness and resilience with resistance, softness is commonly undervalued. My statement is ”my softness is my strength” and I aim to challenge these notions by embracing the quiet strength found in self-love and authenticity. It tells the story of a girl soaked in the information noise and thought patterns of the modern, capitalist world — a world that glorifies flawlessness and drives perfectionism, distorting our body image, self image and sense of identity. She wants to be a part of this world on her own terms, seeking profound personal insight. She discovers that true strength lies in being her own friend that supports her and embraces her vulnerabilities with love and kindness. Self-love is not dependent on appearance, external achievements, or the approval of others. It is the power that glows from within.

Embracing our vulnerabilities takes strength, but it helps us progress as human beings. It allows us to create a positive self-image, face challenges with confidence and resilience, and extend empathy towards others. Self love is the energy that helps us see, understand, and connect more deeply with ourselves and the world around us.
