Her artistic practice is characterized by the continuity and abundance of her experiments. The 1960s were marked by her tachist studies, which she transformed into large decorative compositions inspired by observing the natural world. Park In-Kyung continues her figurative work initiated in the 1970s, which, through various styles, has led her to the edge of abstraction. In the 1980s, writing became a central element of her research. She uses texts from newspapers, novels, the Bible, or poems for purely plastic and aesthetic purposes.

The exhibition « Dance of Brush » combines twenty works, including six large formats, produced over the past fifteen years. Park In-Kyung makes her brush dance and glides the black ink on the smooth surface of the Hanji paper. From her fluid movements and assured touches are born simple, almost abstract forms, which come to sing her ode to nature.
