Founded in 1978, GALLERY YEH stands amidst the Korean gallery history and shows the main trend of modern and contemporary art. Commencing its journey from Insa-Dong in which the Korean galleries began to form, Gallery Yeh moved to Gangnam in 1982 and became the first gallery in the history of Gangnam. Even before the name Garosu-gil was established and subsequently became a symbol of such culture, GALLERY YEH as a forerunner has endeavored for sharing fine art culture with the general public. We will continue to thrive to introduce the Korean contemporary art all around the globe and hopefully grant the opportunity to appreciate Korean art to as many people as possible.
