The exhibition<Kiaf onSITE> curated by Seungah Lee, a director of Uartlab Seoul, is a remarkable showcase of this year’s most notable and innovative works. It brings together influential emerging and established artists from both domestic and international contemporary art scenes. <Invisible Transitions>, the special exhibition theme this year, highlights a new turning point by encouraging the relationship between human nature and technology in the face of yet unfamiliar and uncomfortable technologies. This theme will be visualized within the diverse venues of Kiaf SEOUL 2024 through different media such as media art, installation, performance, VR.

 

The exhibition is divided into three sections: ‘Changes in Technology,’ ‘Changes in Experience,’ and ‘Changes in Space,’ featuring the participation of seven artist teams who demonstrate artistic exploration and creative practice. Exhibitions are held at divided venues such as Hall A’s main road, the Swing Space between Hall A and B, and the Platz on the 2nd floor of Coex.
