두루 아트스페이스는 2002년 개관 이래 동시대 작가들의 삶과 예술 세계를 공감하고, 진정한 예술적 가치를 실현하고자 꾸준히 노력해왔다. 현대 미술 작가들의 창작 활동을 지원하고 그들의 작품 세계를 소개하며, 다양한 아카데미 프로그램을 통해 건강한 미술 생태계 조성에 전념하고 있다. 아울러 국내 전시는 물론 해외 아트페어를 통해 한국 현대 미술을 세계에 알리는 데 주력하고 있다. 2006년부터 해외 유수 아트페어를 통해 황란, 유선태, 김지아나, 이유진, 강형구, 박영근, 우종택 등의 주요 작가들을 배출하였으며 중견 작가뿐 아니라 신예 작가들의 작품까지 아우르며 한국 현대 작가들의 우수성과 작품성을 세계에 소개하고자 한다.

Since its opening in 2002, Duru Art Space has been dedicated to supporting contemporary artists and promoting true artistic value. The space organizes exhibitions, fosters a deeper understanding of artists’ creative worlds, and works to enhance the art culture through various academic programs. It also showcases Korean art through curated exhibitions and introduces Korean contemporary art internationally via art fairs.
Since 2006, Duru Art Space has participated in major international art fairs, presenting notable artists such as Hwang Ran, Yoo Suntae, Kim Jiana, Lee Yujin, Kang Hyunggoo, Park Younggeun, and Woo Jongtaek. By supporting both established and emerging artists, the space seeks to highlight the excellence and artistic merit of Korean contemporary art on the global stage.
