JHU is an artist who expresses his inner story with painting and media art using his own formative language. The artist’s formative language consists of various ideas and symbols, crossing the boundaries of being figurative and abstractions. Especially in his work, notable is the relationship between video and painting. Music and motion in the video is expressed in a compressed way in the picture. The complex elements of media art are rearranged in a painting, giving us the impression of a patchwork cloth. JHU presents visual pleasure by expressing the collection and combination of images through two media. What about getting to know JHU’s art world with a beer and light finger food on Saturday evening? I’m sure it’ll be a good time.
