The Columns Gallery is pleased to present EVA, a solo exhibition by Shavonne Wong. Shavonne Wong (b. 1990, Singapore) is a new media artist specializing in 3D and AI-driven works within emerging technologies, drawing from her background in fashion. Recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in 2020, Wong creates hyper-realistic virtual models set within surreal digital landscapes. Her collaborations span major brands such as Vogue Singapore, Bang & Olufsen, and Marie Claire, and her works have been showcased at Sotheby’s. Notably, her 2021 project Love is Love explored themes of love and identity, attracting collectors such as Idris Elba.

Wong’s recent work reflects a growing interest in philosophy, particularly the concepts of personhood and identity in an increasingly digital world. As AI continues to blur the lines between human and machine, her practice critically examines these rapid transformations, challenging our understanding of self and society.

At the heart of EVA is Eva, an AI entity first introduced at Art SG 2025. With a striking physical presence and the ability to engage audiences in real-time dialogue, Eva redefines the boundaries of creativity and human-machine interaction. Through these exchanges, Wong positions AI not just as a tool but as a collaborator in the artistic process. This exploration extends into Wong’s NFT works, which push the limits of digital storytelling and ownership within contemporary art.

EVA invites audiences to engage, reflect, and imagine a future where art and technology merge, offering new forms of creative expression and interaction in an evolving digital landscape.
