《The Art of Learning: Becoming Each Other’s School》  Poster

The Art of Learning: Becoming Each Other’s School is an exhibition of emerging artists, bringing together collectives, studios, art spaces, and schools that self-organize the curriculums, gatherings, and workshops their creative practices call for. The exhibition looks at the drive and attitudes of these self-organized groups—communities formed to sustain making and working within the art field—and speaks to practices of learning through collaboration, co-creation, sharing knowledge, and finding peers. More than an exhibition of finished outcomes, it seeks to become a site of process itself: where questions arise, where creation happens along the way, and where companionship takes form. During the exhibition, small gatherings and programs will invite artists, peers, and visitors to meet, while stages of artistic work—practice, experiment, research—are opened to view.
