In the deepening winter, an exhibition worth seeing will be held at Space NAMU, a complex cultural space located in Yangsan. Space NAMU , which has been discovering and supporting emerging artists, has prepared the “2026 New Artist First Exhibition – The Moment of Journey” as its first exhibition this year.

The exhibition will take place at Space NAMU Gallery Aurora from Jan. 28 to Feb. 23, 2026. Exhibits unique works by six artists who are preparing for a warm spring after overcoming cold winter. It will highlight the moment of their journey as artists.

Ryu Ah-young, Moon Hye-yeon, Park ung-bae, Lee Da-yeon, Jeong Jin-ha, and Choi Yoon-jung captured the moments of their journey in their own colors. Called a new beginning, it is a time for the artists to take one step in the process they have walked.

Space NAMU is with them to start another preparation away from their affiliations and groups. This exhibition captures the traces of the work the artists have accumulated and the moments they have encountered in their journey. We look back on the journey that has already begun and finish cheering for the way forward.

Small trees may one day grow into the world’s tallest trees. They will bear fruits sweeter than honey, and form forests in their own colors.
