These works are completed with the drawing process using the technique of intaglio by a single quick stroke after applying a thick layer of soil on the canvas and the subsequent coloring process. The paintings of trees and plum blossoms of Lim, who is a first-generation protest artist, are a signal of new changes in his work just as a subtle sign of life before the spring breeze blows.
