In this light, the gallery has recently taken notice of the \u2018dynamic moves\u2019 of Ryu Jaechun. As is known to all, Korean painting is classified as an isolated genre since it encountered millennial generation. It is true that Korean painting indeed faces imbalance in terms of the physical exhibition scale at museums or galleries, or in the art market. The exhibition can be said to present a new vision of \u2018Korean painting connected with technology\u2019 through the past and present in which Ryu has felt joys and sorrows. In an era of abundance in which everything is superfluous, many artists express their scarcity through art.
