\nMarking the artist’s return to Hakgojae Gallery after four years, the exhibition begins with a simple gesture of
\nwelcoming the small, often overlooked presences encountered in everyday life. It reflects KANG’s enduring
\nattention to the subtle pulse of nature and the breath of life. A seminal figure in Korean contemporary art,
\nKANG is widely recognized for his engagement with modern Korean history and social realities through the
\n1980s Minjung Art movement. While he is often regarded as a painter of history, another defining axis of his
\npractice lies in his profound observation of and reverence for the natural world.<\/p>\n

\r\nMarking the artist's return to Hakgojae Gallery after four years, the exhibition begins with a simple gesture of
\r\nwelcoming the small, often overlooked presences encountered in everyday life. It reflects KANG's enduring
\r\nattention to the subtle pulse of nature and the breath of life. A seminal figure in Korean contemporary art,
\r\nKANG is widely recognized for his engagement with modern Korean history and social realities through the
\r\n1980s Minjung Art movement. While he is often regarded as a painter of history, another defining axis of his
\r\npractice lies in his profound observation of and reverence for the natural world.<\/p>\r\n


\r\nIn Little Things, Delightful Greetings<\/em>, wild grasses and flowers, crashing waves, ever-changing skies, and the
